NEW BUILD HOUSE- PLANNING SUCCESS ON A CHALLENGING SITE
A nice surprise – news of a design of ours that we obtained planning consent for a couple of years ago. The client has now completed the house and sent us this winter snow-scene photograph. This is a new build house in a north Hampshire village. We were able to present to the Basingstoke and Deane planning authority a convincing proposal despite the building being located on a ‘greenfield’ site that lay just outside of the settlement policy boundary for the village, and within the conservation area.
