Town House New Build

This is an infill site house in Petersfield. Constraints included flood zone limitations, the adjacent conservation area and a grade II* listed building, plus height and outlook issues related to another adjacent building.

The angular plan of the house is to take best advantage of the awkward site shape. The house is also designed such as to create the opportunity for a future subdivision Into separate ground and first floor flats.
